Clinic Bookings are not confirmed until a deposit is paid or, the full price of the clinic if your booking is within 1 week of the event. No refund will be provided but your booking is transferrable to another person for the same event.
Clinic booking payments are non refundable except with the consent of Blackthorn Park Equestrian.
Conditions of Entry
Entry to Blackthorn Park Equestrian at 128 Donnelly Lane Bywong NSW (the property) is conditional on your acknowledgement and agreement to the following-
Blackthorn Park Equestrian is a working property. Horses and dogs are present. You agree to drive carefully.
Horses are dangerous and may cause damage to property and personal injury.
So far as is permitted by law, neither the Proprietors, property owners nor any other person will be liable to you for any injury, loss, cost, damage, or expense (Loss) suffered or incurred by you while on this property and whether such Loss is suffered directly or indirectly by you or from breach of contract, negligence or otherwise.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless each of the Proprietors of this property against any Loss they or either of them incur arising directly or indirectly arising out of your conduct whether such claim arises out of breach of contract, negligence, restitution or otherwise.
